We are committed to the protection and respect of your privacy. We offer you the safest payment methods on the market (PayPal, Apple Pay and most of the credit cards). We do not keep any of your payment information after processing your order.

Are there any hidden fees when purchasing with you?

There are no hidden fees. Our prices include the product/s, the delivery fees, and the VAT as well.

Can I view the status of my order? How do I do it?

Of course. Once you place your order, you will receive an automated email that includes a tracking code, and it will allow you to track on real-time the status and location of your items.

Can I change my order? How do I do it?

We will try to do so, but if the order has been shipped we won´t be able to do so quickly. Please fill out our contact form including with the following information:

Your name and surname

Your order number

The reason why you want to change it

Indicate which other model/models you want in exchange.

After doing so, you should expect an email from our customer service department with the instructions to follow.

Can I return my order? How do I do it?

emoji glasses & sunglasses products that are purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase. If you would like to exchange a product purchased on our online store, please fill out our contact form including the order number and the following information:

Your name and surname

Your order number

The reason why you want to return it

Indicate us if you want a refund or another product.

After doing that you should expect an email from our customer service department with the instructions to follow.

 Please take into account the following!:

  • All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags.
  • The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Emoji glasses & sunglasses.
  • Accommodate all the items in its original packaging, including any document or manual attachment that has been previously received with the product – make sure the package is safe and its contents do not run the risk of being damaged during shipping.
  • Remember to include the original packing slip!
  • Enter the reference number that we have provided you on the outside of the package.

Once the items have been returned in perfect condition, we will refund the price with the original payment method. The reimbursement will come to you within 14 days of receipt.

Can I return my products if I bought them in a store/optician?

Please visit the store of optician where you bought your pair and manage the return through them.



Where do you ship?

We ship globally. Due to the high demand that our products are currently having our estimated delivery window ranges from 5 to 20 business days. Please, note that the delivery time is based on working days and not on calendar days.

How much do you charge for standard shipping an order?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over 50 €.

For orders below 50 €, the prices are different following the destination:
